Craft Beer Fest & OTL Tournament Drink + Eat + Play The 9th annual Over the Line Beer Fest & OTL Tournament, a kick-off to OTL’s July tournament, showcases some of San Diego’s finest craft breweries and food trucks. So, dust off your bats and come out to enjoy your favorite local beers! The Old Mission Beach Athletic Club (OMBAC) hosts this annual OTL tournament, which takes place at Mariners Point in San Diego. The one-day tournament is action-packed, and we announce the champions on Saturday.
