Guided by a professional sushi chef, guests will craft Lumi’s new Specialty Roll, a hand roll, hosomaki, and the chef’s selection of nigiri, all while learning hands-on techniques to elevate their sushi-making skills. The experience includes a themed welcome cocktail plus a sake intro lesson from World Sake, featuring two complimentary pairings and exciting prize giveaways. Students will learn how to transform a lump of clay into a variety of forms, culminating in a final project that showcases their skills. Ceramics offers a multi-sensory learning experience that supports different learning styles and encourages problem-solving, fine motor development, and confidence through experimentation and revision. Along the way, students will also strengthen collaboration, critical thinking, and an appreciation for creativity, culture, and community.
