  • Join us for the 2025 Tolley Dances™ on the MTS Green Line Trolley! This iconic event has been bringing San Diego together for 27 years through site-specific dance that highlights our city's diversity, culture, and community. Choreographers include Blythe Barton, Bernard Brown, Megan Curet, Lavina Rich, Odessa Uno and the creator of Trolley Dance and former Artistic Director Jean Isaacs. Parking: Free parking at Fashion Valley Transit Center. Ticketing: Ticketing table can be located inside of the MTS Fashion Valley Transit Center on the corner of Fashion Valley road and Riverwalk Drive. *Kids age 8 and under may ride and join the tour for free with a paying adult. Special Thanks to our Major Transportation Partner MTS and our collaborators for this event such as Town & Country Resort, Hazard Center, SDSU Mission Valley River Park and Mission Valley Branch Library. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your tour. Tour times are based on the trolley schedule and will be followed down to the minute by our tour guides. We cannot offer refunds for missed tours, so make sure you give yourself ample time to locate the start location and prepare for your tour! To prepare for your tour, make sure you are wearing comfortable walking shoes. Sunscreen, water, and a hat or other protection from the heat is highly recommended! Trolley Dances™ is a site-specific tour where guests will be led by tour guides to curated dances. Guests should be prepared to do a decent amount of walking. Tours time are as follows: Tour 1 - 10 a.m. / Tour 2 - 11 a.m. / Tour 3 - 12 p.m. / Tour 4 - 1 p.m. / Tour 5 - 2 p.m. / Tour 6 - 3 p.m. Tours will begin and end at the Fashion Valley Transit Center. Their musical repertoire spans Motown, funk, soul, rock, country, Latin and pop for a fantastic concert experience. The outdoor amphitheater in Civita Park is licated at the intersection of Civita Boulevard and Russell Park Way in Mission Valley. Guests are invited to bring blankets, beach chairs and picnics.
