Join us for a show of Asian brush painting art. There will also be painting demonstrations, Kodo Musicians, Odori Dancers, tea ceremony, and art experiences of origami and brush painting for you to participate in.

Enjoy live music beginning at 5 p.m. Seating opens at 4:30 p.m. and is limited, so please feel free to bring your own chair. Performances take place outdoors, weather permitting. Cannon Art Gallery and Chapters Cafe will also be open so you can enjoy an early evening full of culture with friends. Kick off the evening with a free dance lesson from McCann Dance instructors, who will teach you some fun steps to show off on the dance floor. Then, enjoy a high-energy performance by Blame Betty, a San Diego-based trio known for their rockabilly, roots rock, and surf sound. We’re inviting our Special Needs Community to join us for an extra-special edition of Winter Festival on Saturday, January 10, 2026 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Whether you’re building a snowman, sledding down our snow hill, making silly faces in our free photo booth, or taking a spin around the synthetic skate rink, there is bound to be something for everyone! Our newest enchanting enhancements to Winter Festival return this year! Discover new friends in our winter wonderland character encounter, traipse through a dazzling magical light walk, and bounce to your heart's content in a bounce house playland! Come hungry! Food vendors will be on-site, as well as face painting and pony rides. There are no ATMs at the event, so please plan accordingly. This event is offered to our Special Needs families. Eight-time Grammy-nominated Mariachi Sol de México de José Hernández brings holiday cheer with its “Merry-achi Christmas” tour. Known as Los Embajadores del Mariachi, the world-renowned ensemble will entertain audiences with dazzling renditions of mariachi favorites and Christmas classics, from Tchaikovsky’s “Nutcracker” Suite to “Feliz Navidad.” This year’s tour also celebrates Hernández’s 50th year of preserving and elevating the mariachi art form.
