  • A new cultural tradition is coming to East County! On Saturday, June 7, 2025, Downtown El Cajon will debut Artivál, East San Diego County’s first-ever arts festival. The free, open-air celebration brings together local creatives, musicians, food and drink vendors, and the community to highlight the city’s cultural identity. Held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the heart of Downtown El Cajon at Main & Magnolia, the free festival kicks off the summer season with a vibrant showcase of more than 50 artists and makers, interactive installations, live music, and gourmet food trucks.
