It’s a story about sustainability, community, and connection — about building a better future. Join us on October 5 as we celebrate the inaugural San Diego Climate Week at Coastal Roots Farm in Encinitas, CA, with the free premiere of "The Threads Between Us." Produced by local sustainability agency thinkPARALLAX, the film explores the connections that weave San Diego’s sustainable business community together — from Dr. Bronner’s to Jimbo’s Naturally to Goodwill Industries at San Diego County. The menu boasts over 80 unique dishes, featuring twists on American and global favorites. Guest favorites include signature Poke Nachos, Nashville Hot Chicken, Tacos, and proprietary-blend USDA prime burgers. Gluten-sensitive, vegan, and vegetarian options are also available, ensuring something for everyone. Led by General Manager Jason Carr, the 9,160 square-foot restaurant will feature flat screen TVs with DirecTV to catch every game. Yard House Chula Vista will open daily 11 a.m. – 12 a.m. for lunch, dinner, and late-night gatherings.
