  • Please join us for an online presentation from Charles Rilli (Sierra Club), Anthony Dang (Climate Action Campaign), and Professor Gregg Macey (UC Irvine). These three have been engaged on air pollution issues across the state for a few years now. Charles and Anthony with the support of Professor Gregg Macey are working with the San Diego Air Pollution Control District and environmental justice champions to combat air pollution in the county. They are jointly working to begin the electrification of "indirect sources" of warehouse operations through expediting the transition to clean fleets, looking to combat pollution coming from operation equipment, and lowering emissions in the largest warehouse polluters. Through Climate Action Plans, Charles and Anthony are looking to hold local municipalities accountable to reducing their emissions and making sound climate actions.
