  • Available starting Friday, November 1 in scoop shops and via nationwide shipping (now available on affiliate via Share A Sale), the Thanksgiving Series is inspired by everyone’s favorite holiday ingredients, and is the perfect dessert option for group gatherings this month, and helps celebrate traditions with loved ones, from Thanksgiving to Friendsgiving and everything in between. Flavors include: Parker House Rolls with Salted Buttercream — Buttery, toasted rolls topped with flakey sea salt and folded into sweet salted butter ice cream NEW *Sweet Potato Casserole (v) — New to this year’s menu, every Thanksgiving menu needs a potato dish. Enter this simple, Sweet potato coconut-oat milk base with candied pecans, and oatmeal streusel Turkey Stuffing & Cranberry Sauce — A return flavor this year is Thanksgiving dinner in ice cream form, with turkey stuffing made with baked brioche bread pudding and turkey sausage with black pepper, rosemary, sage and thyme, laced with brown sugar, cinnamon, and tart cranberry sauce. Mom’s Mango Pie — Inspired by a beloved family recipe from award-winning podcaster and musician Hrishikesh Hirway, Mom’s Mango Pie first debuted last year to huge acclaim, culminating in a feature on the recipe on CBS Sunday. Mango mawa, similar to a cooked-down milk dulce de leche, blended with tangy cream cheese and fluffy whipped cream, is combined with tangy cream cheese and fluffy whipped cream in a silky sweet curd, and combined with salty graham cracker crust, reflecting the diverse flavors of the Thanksgiving table. NEW *Pumpkin Pie Tiramisu — New to the menu, this flavor is a sensational riff on two iconic desserts: Pumpkin Pie and Tiramisu. This flavor starts with a traditional pie filling, spiced with cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg, and sweetened with maple syrup and then topped with a generous splash of coffee. Mascarpone coffee sauce, infused with tiramisu cake, is swirled throughout the pumpkin-forward ice cream, and flecks of chocolate stracciatella mimic the chocolate flakes that top the Italian dessert. From Nov. 21- 24, make Salt & Straw the must-have dessert at any Friendsgiving feast. For each three pints purchased, customers will get 1 for free when ordering via local delivery on saltandstraw.com.
