Resounding Joy's 6th Annual Living Your Dreams Fundraising Concert will be hosted under the stars at a private outdoor venue in Scripps Ranch. Comprised of military personnel and veterans from Resounding Joy’s music therapy program, the Sounds of Service band will play covers of popular songs and original songs, as well as share some of their stories. All proceeds from the event will fund individual and group music therapy sessions for veterans, active-duty service members, first responders, and military-connected families. Our guided meditative experience walks you through the last months of your life where you'll need to prioritize what is truly important to you and then come face to face with saying goodbye to the people, places and things that bring meaning to your everyday life. Once you've said your final goodbye, our end-of-life doulas will tend to your body as our ancestors did by wrapping you in a burial shroud where you'll be able to contemplate the experience of death in a safe, protective cocoon.
