About the artist: Minnie Valero, born in Argentina, is an accomplished artist with degrees from both Argentinian and American universities, including a Master’s from UCLA. Over the past 20 years, she has exhibited her work widely across the United States, France, and other European countries, as well as in Egypt, China, and South Korea. Honored as a guest at the Nepal International Watercolor Festival, Minnie has received numerous awards in France, South Korea, and the U.S. She has also participated in prestigious artist residencies in Sweden, Italy, Hungary, Costa Rica, and China, each culminating in a solo exhibition. Working with watercolor, acrylic, oil, and pastel, Minnie adapts her medium to reflect the essence of each piece. As a conceptual artist, her creations range from representational to abstract, guided by her emotions, mood, and inspiration.
