  • Looking for some not-so-scary fun? Come to Mission Valley Library for a hauntingly good time with Halloween STEAM-powered (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) crafts and activities. There will be ghost making, a scavenger hunt, and more. This program is suitable for preschool and elementary ages. Costumes are encouraged, but not required.
  • Ongoing Thursdays from 2-3:30 p.m. Ages 9-12 Welcome! Guest instructors teach this month-long series full of hands-on, engaging crafts using STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) to teach hand skills to kids using safe materials. Each project teaches craftsmanship, dexterity and material exploration. Projects range from woodworking, sewing, ceramics, paper crafts, textiles to fusing glass.
