They are a family-friendly tap house with plenty of room for pets as well!! We will hold events outside in their private canopy space. Plenty of parking is available as well! We encourage artistic freedom! You can alter the painting to fit your style and use any of our colors. Things to know: We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations/rescheduling. The Thanksgiving season is upon us. Lots of cooking and cleaning. Relatives and friends gathering together. It's a busy time of year for all of us. Would you like to take a 3-hour break doing something fun and creative? Something peaceful? In this workshop, we will do large drawings using salt on black poster board, and coffee on white butcher paper. Working from black and white reference photos provided by the instructor, you will learn some fundamental drawing techniques. These are temporary - you won't take anything home except some knowledge, and photos of your drawings. This is a meditative process that is an interesting antidote to the chaos of the holiday season. All Levels Wheel Throwing Class Schedule Saturdays, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Six-Week Session January 25, February 1, 8, 15, 22, March 1 Teaching Artist Max Anderson Description With a main focus on functional pottery, beginner students will learn how to use the equipment in the studio and how to use the wheel while more advanced students will further use the wheel as a tool to create work made partially or entirely from thrown forms. All students will be encouraged to experiment with surface and altering techniques to transform their work from pots to functional works of art. Students will leave the class with finished work they can use at home that’s dishwasher safe!
