  • The San Diego Watercolor Society proudly presents “Out N About International Plein Air Show”, juried by award-winning artist, Geoff Allen. The water-based media exhibition runs July 2-31, 2025 at our Gallery in The ARTS DISTRICT Liberty Station. This festival includes kpop, pop and jpop music as well as anime and kpop fan art, cosplay and art attractions along with talented kpop and anime themed performers, musical artists and special guests.
