Nearly half of American adults have high blood pressure and don’t know it, because most of the time there are no obvious symptoms. This event helps people understand what their blood pressure is and what the blood pressure numbers mean. As a recognized Live Well partner, TrueCare is hosting this free public event for the entire community to celebrate Love Your Heart Week and American Hearth Month in February. Attendees can meet several of TrueCare’s friendly medical and dental providers and team members who are passionate about ensuring health care for all. Community partners participating with TrueCare at the event include Live Well San Diego, San Diego Blood Bank, Migrant Education, California State University-San Marcos, Mathru Krupa, and Southern Care Resource Center.
