Join us for a transformative, liberating experience through the power of art! This in-person event is designed to help you reconnect with your inner niña and express any feelings that may arise. Through various creative activities, we will explore the feelings inside of us, fostering raw self expression and the experience of being held by community. During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to express yourself freely, using various art mediums and techniques. Possible activities so you can have an idea: watercolor, acrylic painting, playing with clay, oil pastels, collaging, poetry. No prior art experience is necessary – just an open heart and a willingness to explore. Discover the joy of reconnecting with your inner niña and unlocking your creativity. This workshop is perfect for anyone seeking personal healing, self-discovery, or an emotional release.
