Mayor Todd Gloria revealed bids for the city's franchise agreements Friday with only San Diego Gas & Electric bothering to submit a bid — two minimum offers totaling $80 million.

The regional rail closure affects the North County Transit District, Amtrak and freight carrier BNSF and will be in effect from just after midnight Saturday through Tuesday at 4 a.m.

Between February and March, non-farm employment increased by 9,900, from 1,382,200 to 1,392,100 and agricultural employment increased by 200, from 8,900 to 9,100
