Home prices eased up last month for the first time since March.  Does the up tick signal another round of increases in home values?  How should buyers and sellers respond? Resale condos, new homes and condo conversions drove the market up.  Will it sustain?  Should buyers act now?  Should sellers wait? 

And lots of activity at San Diego’s City Hall with the mayor’s list of cutbacks following the Securities and Exchange Commission settlement.  Will either help the city out of its financial mess and clean up its soiled record.
