Candidates for San Diego City Attorney Face Off

KPBS political correspondent Gloria Penner hosts a special conversation with San Diego city attorney candidates Michael Aguirre and Jan Goldsmith.

Gloria Penner: The race for San Diego city attorney is between the incumbent Michael Aguirre who has been in office almost four years and Superior Court Judge Jan Goldsmith who has a history in politics as a Poway mayor and a North County assemblymember. All voters in the city of San Diego can vote for one of these candidates on November 4th. So let's find out more about them and what you should be thinking about in the weeks ahead as you prepare to choose the candidate who will get your vote.
