With gasoline prices holding at record levels in the US, there were reports over the weekend that OPEC might start to increase oil supplies on the world market.

We're joined on Morning Edition by Phil Flynn,a Senior Market Analyst at Alaron Trading in Chicago, and a Fox Business News contributor.
