Oscar Noms And ‘44 Inch Chest’
Wednesday, February 3, 2010
On this edition of the Film Club of the Air, we'll talk about the recently announced Oscar nominations, a British film called "44 Inch Chest," Helen Mirren's acclaimed performance in "The Last Station," and Romanian New Wave latest "Police, Adjective."

And even if the nominations are not that much different than usual, there are so many more of them, with ten best picture nominees instead of the usual five.
Today on the KPBS Film Club of the Air, we'll talk about the Oscar nominations and about a group of new movies opening in San Diego.
