Master instructor Lee Holden guides viewers through a deeper journey into the time-honored eastern healing practice of Qi Gong. This ancient Chinese tradition was developed over thousands of years, combining powerful principles from the disciplines of medicine, philosophy, and even martial arts.
Now a Doctor of Chinese medicine, Lee Holden began his journey into this practice as a former competitive athlete seeking to regain his edge after a challenging injury.
Impressed by the power of Qi Gong to return Lee to the field as a Varsity Soccer athlete at University of California - Berkeley, Holden graduated from college and spent the next twenty years traveling, studying, and practicing Chinese medicine across several continents.
In his newest program, host Lee Holden introduces viewers to new movements and breathing techniques that relax, invigorate, and rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit.
"Qi Gong: Deeper Flow" is appropriate for viewers of all ages and ability levels, providing a gentle, yet powerful practice for beginners and veterans alike.
