Got questions as you gear up for your Turkey Day? Two of San Diego's finest award-winning chefs are in our studio to help you tackle your Thanksgiving dinner problems.

Joining us are Chef Bernard Guillas, executive chef at the Marine Room in La Jolla and Chef Carl Schroeder, chef and owner of the Market Restaurant and Bar in Del Mar.

Great segment and lots of good ideas. Any thoughts/suggestions on using an oven cooking bag to prepare turkey?

Thanks,
