Join us at The Lafayette Hotel for a festive dining experience on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! Our talented chefs are celebrating at Hope 46 restaurant with a special 3-course prix fixe menu.
You can enjoy our 3-course Christmas dinner on Friday, December 24 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and on Saturday, December 25 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
First Course | Choice of:
• Maine Lobster Bisque crème fraiche, brioche crouton, micro-greens. Paired with 2020 Daou, Chardonnay, Paso Robles.
• Harvest Fall Salad baby kale, apple, gorgonzola blue cheese crumbles, cranberries, candied walnuts, creamy apple cider dressing. Paired with 2020 Schmitt Sohne, Riesling, Mosel, Germany.
Second Course | Choice of:
• Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon roasted baby zucchini, mushroom and leek risotto. Paired with 2018 Domaines Schlumberger, Pinot Gris, Alsace 10oz.
• Ribeye roasted broccoli, baby carrots, potato puree, au poivre (bearnaise). Paired with 2018 Daou, Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles
• New Zealand Lamb Shank roasted brussel sprouts, parmesan polenta, port wine demi, chimmi churri Paired with 2017 Sbragia, Zinfandel, Sonoma County
Third Course | Choice of:
• Triple Berry Tart chantilly cream, raspberry drizzle. Paired with 2020 Schmitt Sohne, Riesling, Mosel, Germany.
• Chocolate Mosaic Cake cocoa powder, dark chocolate sauce. Paired with Segura Viudas, Cava Brut, Spain.
