Another San Diego lawmaker is facing ethics questions just days after Randy Duke Cunningham pleaded guilty to bribery charges.
There are now allegations swirling around Democratic Representative Bob Filner. He admits paying his wife more than half a million dollars to consult on his political campaigns. But Filner
contends the payments were legal and says it's an effort to trash his image by his democratic opponent Juan Vargas. Chad Pergram has more from Capitol Hill.
