Host Tom Fudge talks to Professor David Shirk about a forum he is hosting called the "Triple Border Fence Initiative." Shirk discusses the reasons given for building the fence, as well as the environmental and financial concerns surrounding the project.

"The Triple Border Fence Initiative," will take place this Friday at 1pm at the Joan Kroc Institute for Peace & Justice at USD.
