Kidnapping scare in Tijuana, many move to San Diego
Host Tom Fudge speaks to KPBS Border Reporter Amy Isackson about the increasing number of kidnapping cases in Tijuana. Many of the wealthy families that have lived in Tijuana for years are moving to San Diego to avoid the risk of abduction.
