Community groups debate alcohol ban on PB beaches

A local community group is voting on a proposal that could ban alcohol on the beaches of Pacific Beach, but some say that this would ruin the character of the area and infringe upon peoples' individual freedoms. Host Tom Fudge discusses the issue with a citizen who says that she's had enough of the raunchy behavior and a representative from a group who claims that a ban wouldn't do anything to change the situation.
