Host Tom Fudge talks with author Armistead Maupin about the Anthony Godby Johnson hoax, in which Maupin, and many others, were tricked into believing the writings of a young Anthony Johnson who was dying of AIDS. Maupin used this experience as the basis of a novel called The Night Listener, which has been turned into a film that opened this past weekend.
