The City of San Diego recently lifted a 24-hour boil-water order in the North County, the result of a positive residential coliform and E. coli water test from a water main break. The city says that it was taking proper steps to assure public safety, but angry residents and business-owners want to know why there was so much confusion surrounding the incident and what steps will be taken to prevent such a situation in the future.
