Maureen Cavanaugh (Guest Host): Washington D.C. was buzzing with a flurry of activity last week as politicians worked to pass a number of bills before adjourning for a month-long recess. Lawmakers passed legislation dealing with ethics and lobbying rules, health care for low-income children, and a massive energy reform package. What can we expect from lawmakers when they return from the month-long recess? And, what will our elected representatives be doing during their month off?
