Weekend Preview: San Diego Film Festival, The Pearl, East Village Tavern and Bowling Alley, Currant American Brasserie

Tom Fudge: The San Diego film festival and the Adams Avenue Street Fair are featured among this weekend's San Diego events. Erin Chambers joins me to talk about those and to draw our attention to some remarkable new night spots, which include a new bowling alley Downtown.

The San Diego Film Festival starts tonight, Sept. 27, through Sun. Sept. 30. Screenings take place at the Pacific Gaslamp Theaters in Downtown San Diego. 

The Pearl is located on Rosecrans Street in Point Loma. 

Currant American Brasserie is located in the Sofia Hotel in Downtown San Diego.

The East Village Tavern and Bowling Alley is located on Fifth Avenue and E Street in Downtown San Diego. 

Adams Avenue Street Fair takes place on Sat. Sept. 29 and Sun. Sept. 30 on Adams Avenue in Normal Heights.
