State Budget Deficit Dominates Discussions in Sacramento
Alison St. John: Budget deficits just keep getting worse. The state deficit seems to go up several billion dollars every time you turn on the radio! Legislators are still fighting over what to do about it. State Democrats are expected to hold a hearing this week on whether to impose a moratorium on foreclosures. Might that make a difference?
