San Diego County will build a park to honor two boys who were killed by a sex predator 19 years ago.
U-T San Diego says supervisors voted last month to spend $175,000 to create a park in Imperial Beach, overlooking San Diego Bay.
Nine-year-old Jonathan Sellers and his friend, 13-year-old Charlie Keever, were kidnaped while riding their bikes, raped and killed in 1993. DNA evidence eventually linked their deaths to Scott Erskine, who was sentenced to death.
