Here’s a photo from the weekend as temperatures in Arizona kept inching down, down, down.

Some green-thumb was clearly worried about the sensitive tips of the organ pipe cactus in his Central Phoenix front yard.

Seventeen little white cups atop the stubby spires –- they may have kept the prickly plant from freezing overnight.
