"Broomhilda" looks like one jet-lagged kitty (drum roll, please).

News Channel 9 - KTSM has the story:

The Animal Services Center of the Mesilla Valley has found a female Persian Seal Point cat who was walking near the intersection of El Camino Real and North Main Street.

The cat has a microchip that traces back to a military facility in Germany. If you know the cat's owners call the Animal Services Center of the Mesilla Valley at (575) 382-0018, or stop by the shelter located on 3551 Bataan Memorial West.
The Las Cruces area is home to the U.S. Army's White Sands Missile Range, and Ft. Bliss is in nearby El Paso, Texas. A military connection for this well-traveled feline is a likely possibility.
