The Immigration Reform bill passed the Senate Judiciary committee this week. The bill now moves to the Senate floor for a vote next month, but even if it passes in the Senate, there are new doubts about its chances in the House. The Bill that provides a lengthy but definite road to citizenship for many people in the U.S. illegally is running up against resistance from conservative members of Congress who say the bill offers "amnesty."

San Diego's congressional delegation includes Rep. Susan Davis,(CA-53rd), Rep. Darrell Issa, (CA-49th), and Rep. Duncan D. Hunter, (CA-50th).

A rally in support of immigration reform will be held tonight in San Diego.
