Batman: The Complete Television Series At Comic-Con

Warner Brothers Releases Sizzle Reel

Batman The Complete Television Series Sizzle Reel

Holy geekgasm! “Batman: The Complete Television Series” comes out on BluRay finally and Comic-Con will host a panel featuring Adam West, Burt Ward and Julie Newmar!

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment officially will unveil the details of its highly anticipated November 2014 release of “Batman: The Complete Television Series” at a Comic-Con International panel with guests West, Ward and Newmar on Thursday, July 24 from 6-7 p.m. in Hall H. Fans have been waiting for almost half a century while legal entanglements kept the beloved 1960s TV show from receiving an official home entertainment release. The studio promises that all the details will be revealed at the panel, including an initial look at exclusive content, limited edition packaging and dazzling HD remastered footage from the landmark series.

As someone who grew up with the series and dreamed of growing up to be Catwoman (Julie Newmar's one because she was the best), this is celebratory news indeed!

I am interested in going behind the scenes to explore the creative process; seeing how pop culture reflects social issues; and providing a context for art and entertainment.
