Spaced Out at Comic-Con

My mom got shut out of the Spaced DVD release panel (sorry, mom) but I got in because my uncle had a bathroom pass from leaving the room and was able to sneak me back in. I love the show Spaced and watch it all the time on an import DVD my mom got. Now Spaced is coming out in the US, which is cool. The TV show is by the same guys who made one of my favorite movies, Shaun of the Dead. The panel had actor Simon Pegg and director Edgar Wright. The panel was fun but I wish Nick Frost, who was the actor playing Simon Pegg's best friend could have been there too. It was funny when Edgar Wright looked at the back of the sign with his name and said there was a reminder printed on the back saying that there were kids under 18 and to please not use bad words. He said, "what the f#*k is that all about?" & The best part of the panel was when someone came up to ask a question and asked if the panelists wanted to play a game. Simon said yes and the guy & drew his finger-gun in slow motion and started to shoot. Simon played along and it was funny because that's a gag from one of the episodes (see clip above).

Later that night my mom and I waited an hour in line to see the fan favorite episodes (which were some of my favorite episodes). It was a lot of fun to see these episodes with so many diehard fans -- some were even dressed up as Shaun.
