UPDATE: 2:32 p.m., July 25, 2018

A 4.2 magnitude earthquake centered in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico struck at 1:17 p.m.

The United States Geological Survey has a map that shows where people felt the earthquake. Some felt it as far north as Oceanside.
