U.S. to Let Canada Bid on Iraq Contracts

President Bush tells Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin that his country will be allowed to participate in the next round of bidding on Iraq reconstruction contracts. Canada had been among many countries barred from bidding because it did not send troops to fight in the U.S.-led war in Iraq. Hear NPR's Gerry Hadden.
