North Korea agrees to shut down its main nuclear reactor and allow nuclear inspectors on its soil, in exchange for an initial supply of 50,000 tons of fuel oil.
Another 950,000 tons of fuel oil would be available to North Korea if the country took steps to permanently disable the Yongbyon reactor, and disclose all nuclear activities undertaken by the country.
