Ukrainians Protest Yushchenko's Call for Elections

This time, opponents of the pro-Western President Victor Yushchenko are demonstrating — defying his call for new elections.

Yushchenko has announced that he is dissolving the Parliament, but legislators and the prime minister have refused to accept the order, calling it unconstitutional.
