Brazil is reeling from a series of recent aviation failures including the worst plane crash in that country's history. Nearly 200 people died earlier this month when an airplane overshot a runway at the Sao Paulo airport and hit a gas station. And this week, a radar outage created massive flight disruptions. Anil Mundra reports that the Brazilian government is under increasing pressure to improve safety.
