Russians in Germany Tempted to Go Home

Russia is trying to lure back some of its former citizens who fled as the Soviet Union was collapsing in the early 1990s. By order of President Vladimir Putin, Moscow is planning to spend $100 million over the next five years to help Russians come home from anywhere they've gone. Some of the more than 2 million people who moved to Germany from Russia say it's tempting.
