In London on Monday, three out of eight suspects were found guilty of conspiracy to murder in a terrorism plot. But jurors couldn't reach a conclusion on whether the men actually planned to use liquid explosives disguised as soft drinks to blow up airliners taking off from Heathrow airport in the summer of 2006.
It's the case that spawned the rules limiting the liquids allowed on planes.
