San Diego's economy sputtered along with minimal improvement in employment and stagnating housing prices. We ask if 2012 will be better.

And in 2011, health insurance costs rose by 9%, and California remained among the nation's most-uninsured states. What changes will the new federal healthcare law bring in 2012?
