Report: Police Officers Convicted Of Criminal Offenses Still On The Job In California

A new report from more than 30 news organizations finds hundreds of police officers and deputies convicted of crimes are still on the job in California, including several in San Diego.

Dozens of law enforcement officers across California have been convicted of crimes ranging from animal cruelty to manslaughter and are still on the job.

Those are among the findings of a new series of reports from more than 30 news organizations, including Voice of San Diego.

The report finds that at least six officers are still on the job in San Diego County and at least one in Imperial County.
