Moammar Gadhafi is a wanted man, and not in a good way. The International Criminal Court's chief prosecutor, Luis Moreno-Ocampo, is pleading with ICC judges to issue an arrest warrant for the despotic Libyan leader. Gadhafi faces charges of crimes against humanity, according to the Christian Science Monitor. Moreno-Ocampo is accusing Gadhafi of ordering the torture, rape, and murder (just in the last three months) of those who disagreed with him. According to Moreno-Ocampo:
The Voice of America reports Gadhafi's son, Saif al-Islam Gadhafi, and brother-in-law, Abdullah al-Sanousi, also face similar charges. If the judge issues the arrest warrants.
