The man placed in custody this morning at Arlington National Cemetery in connection with a "suspicious" car parked near the Pentagon had a notebook filled with eyebrow-raising phrases, according to CBS News. These phrases included:

Oddly, CBS reports the man isn't believed to be connected to a terrorist plot. According to ABC News, the man had a backpack that contained bomb-making materials, although there was apparently no way to detonate them. ABC News has identified the suspect in custody as 22-year-old Yonathan Melaku of Alexandria, Virginia.
