An Afghan who appeared to be member of that country's military has shot and killed two members of NATO's International Security Assistance Force, according to the Department of Defense. The Associated Press has identified nationality of the two dead service members as American. The AP reports a man wearing an Afghan Army uniform shot the two Americans outside a U.S. military base near Nangarhar province.

It was the second incident in three days of a person wearing an Afghan security forces uniform shooting an ISAF member.
